Delta Boatworks was created with the vision of crafting a simple, utilitarian boat, using premium materials and held to the highest standards. Drawing from Xplor’s hull design evolution and time spent on the water, we deliver a quality, affordable solution. At Delta Boatworks, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional value in everything we build, while staying grounded with a responsible approach.
Designed to dominate the 23-25 foot market, this model delivers the performance of a much larger boat. Whether you’re an inshore guide seeking a boat with an exceptional fishing layout and great ride, or someone looking for a smaller vessel with impressive offshore capabilities, this boat redefines the standard 24-footer.
Delta Boatworks D245
Delta Boatworks offers a fully cored, vacuum-infused, 3 piece design that delivers unmatched quality for its price. Three packages are available: bare boat, T Top, and Second Station / Half Tower.
The D245 delivers a standout performance for anglers who want more than the standard market options. A wide beam and open bow maximize space, while elevated gunwales provide confidence and comfort in rougher waters.
With a 225hp or larger motor and an EPA-certified 110-gallon baffled tank, this boat is ready for long-haul runs. The hull delivers cruising speeds in the mid-40s and can reach a top end exceeding 65mph with 300hp. The large bow entry and flare of the 245 hull efficiently displace water while maintaining speed and stability. The hull and running surface were specifically designed for maximum stability, ride comfort, and efficiency. The running surface boasts a 17-degree deadrise at the transom with an elongated running surface. This allows the boat to stay on plane at lower speeds and maintain stability at higher speeds. The outer aft section of the hull is a large flat chine that zeros out as it goes forward. This additional displacement makes the boat extremely stable in a beam sea condition and minimizes roll. Forward of the running surface the deadrise increases dramatically giving the boat a knifelike entry in the bow. The clean entry makes the boat extremely quiet in the water while the large bow flair keeps the boat extremely dry.

The Delta 245 hull is engineered and designed to be run with a bracket offset. The use of this bracket allows the boat to have a continual cut line substantially higher than the waterline minimizing any opportunity for water intrusion. It also provides additional positive floatation in the transom. The shape of the bracket provides extra lift to the stern of the boat and the running surface makes the boat track perfectly straight and achieve high speeds when in reverse. This paired with the known benefits of additional setback and motor height makes the boat extremely efficient at all speeds.
Starting at the bow there’s a large storage locker capable of holding multiple 5-gallon buckets. This area can be used as an anchor locker or additional bulk dry storage. The hatch is large enough for excellent access to nav light wiring and trolling motor mounting points. Moving aft there is a 90-gal insulated kill box / wet storage in the floor of the boat. This box is fully encapsulated with foam for maximum insulation. Moving Further aft on both sides of the leaning post are 2 60 in index storage boxes that drain into the bilge. At the transom of the boat on the outboard port and starboard corners are 2 30 Gal livewells fed by individual livewell pumps on separate pickups. In Between the livewell is a 48-inch couch that opens vertically allowing unprecedented bilge access. This gives the owner quick and easy access to all pumps, rigging, and all other hoses and fittings as well as access to console chase tubes.
The console on the Delta 245 has a large entry door on the portside allowing for ease of access to wiring additional pumps and batteries or a head if desired. The rear wall of the console houses all of the rigging and wiring for the boat. The layout and architecture give the owner unmatched accessibility to all wiring, fuses, and gauge clusters. The battery shelf on the rear floor of the console easily removes giving the owner full access to both chase tubes and the fuel fill and vent line on the fuel tank. There are dual 5 ½” chase tubes going into the console. One for wiring and one for fluid fill lines. The forward and side walls of the console are fully lined with ½” PVC core to mount various gear storage utilities.
